Delete Your Pure Pantry Account
Pure Pantry gives customers a simple in-app option to request account deletion. Follow the steps below from the mobile app to delete your account data securely.
How To Delete
Delete account from the app
Use the registered mobile app account. The delete option is available inside your account screen.
Open the Account section from the app menu.
Choose Delete Account and confirm your request.
Data Deleted
What will be removed
- Name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Saved addresses
- Session/token data
- Wishlist and cart data
- Profile data
Deletion Restriction
When account cannot be deleted
Your account will not be deleted if any order status is pending or not completed.
Important
Complete all pending orders first. In the system, completed orders are treated as delivered orders.
